LAMP (Liberty American Multi-Sourced Power and Innovation Hub) is a large-scale industrial and innovation campus being developed in Liberty County, Texas. Built on more than 701 acres with room for future expansion, the campus is designed to support advanced technology, next-generation energy, and technology-driven industries that require reliable infrastructure and abundant power.

Unlike traditional industrial parks, LAMP is being developed around a dedicated energy strategy, transportation access, and long-term industrial growth. With direct access to major highways, rail infrastructure, and the greater Houston region, the campus is positioned to support industries critical to America’s future manufacturing and supply chain resilience.

LAMP is designed for companies involved in advanced materials, rare earth magnet manufacturing, robotics, autonomous systems, precision manufacturing, additive manufacturing, energy technologies, and other high-value industrial sectors. Our goal is simple: create a place where American industry can build, innovate, and grow for generations.

Power
Infrastructure

Manufacturing at this scale requires reliable, abundant power. The LAMP energy plan is built around that requirement.

The LAMP campus operates on a behind-the-meter power model, meaning the campus generates its own electricity and places no additional demand on the public grid. That matters to Liberty County and to the surrounding communities.

Near-term available power at the site is approximately 240 megawatts, drawn from a combination of natural gas and solar generation. Full buildout is planned for 3 gigawatts of total capacity. 

Phase 1 manufacturing is on track for completion later this year. It is projected to bring more than 300 direct jobs, with hiring priority given to residents of Liberty County and the surrounding region. LAMP is committed to building its workforce locally, with employment opportunities rooted in the communities where the campus stands.

Construction on the campus is active. The infrastructure being installed today, including utilities, access, and core manufacturing facilities, is designed to support not just Phase 1 but the decades of expansion that follow.

Why Advanced Manufacturing

The United States has spent the last several decades watching critical manufacturing capacity move offshore. Rare earth magnets. Precision components. Defense-adjacent supply chains. The strategic vulnerability this created is well documented.

LAMP is one answer to that problem. It is a domestic, vertically integrated facility capable of producing what the country needs, built in a county with the land, the infrastructure, and the workforce to support it. Construction is underway and Phase 1 is on track for completion by the end of 2026.
